8. Pricing, Taxes and Payment

Any use before formal commissioning or without necessary authorisation is at the customer’s risk and may affect warranty coverage.

12. Maintenance and Modernisation Services

Maintenance, repair and modernisation services are governed by the applicable Annual Maintenance Contract, service agreement, work order or quotation.

Service response times may vary depending on:

• Availability of spare parts
• Nature of the fault
• Site access
• Safety conditions
• Working-hour coverage

Maintenance coverage does not automatically include every spare part, consumable, repair or damage unless expressly stated in the applicable agreement.
